Rasulullah SAW bersabda mafhumnya :

“Meraka yang mencari harta dunia (kekayaan ) dengan jalan yang halal dan menahan dirinya dari meminta-minta (tidak menjadi pengemis ) dan berusaha mencari nafkah untuk keluarganya serta belas kasihan, kasih sayang terhadap jiran tetangganya, nescaya di hari kiamat kelak ia akan berjumpa dengan Allah dengan mukanya berseri-seri seperti bulan purnama pada waktu malam.” (Riwayat At-Tabrani)

"Based on the proposal, some of the main stations for the LRT would be located in Sections 2, 7, 9, 13 and 14, located near Shah Alam Stadium, UiTM, Kompleks PKNS and Masjid Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah.

"There is already an approved LRT line from Kelana Jaya to Glenmarie. We just want the LRT line to be extended to serve other parts of Shah Alam which has a population of more than 650,000 and where business is thriving," said Azhari yesterday, after handing over a memorandum to Prasarana managing director Datuk Seri Shahril Mokhtar.

LINK-UP: Feasibility study to link city with existing lines mulled by Prasarana
A PROPOSAL is in the works to build a light rail transit (LRT) line from Glenmarie to i-City in Shah Alam, and link it to the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

Shah Alam Umno chief Azhari Shaari said a feasibility study was ongoing and Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd was expected to submit the findings to the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) next month for review.

Based on the proposal, some of the main stations for the LRT would be located in Sections 2, 7, 9, 13 and 14, located near Shah Alam Stadium, UiTM, Kompleks PKNS and Masjid Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah.

Azhari told the New Sraits Times that the target was to have Shah Alam connected to Sungai Buloh by linking the LRT from Section 14 to the MRT.

"We think the link to the MRT should begin from Section 14 as it is heavily populated and is popular with tourists."
