Isu berkenaan tuan rumah yang meraih keuntungan yang banyak hasil dari sewaan hartanah mereka kepada pelajar dan pekerja.
Di Taman Tasik Semenyih yang mana lokasinya berhampiran Kolej swasta.. khabarnya ada sesetengah tuan rumah boleh meraih sehingga RM10,000 sebulan hasil dari sewaan.
Wow dasyat ek.. dari kaca mata pelabur ini aktiviti yang bagus dan menguntungkan.. tapi bagi neighbourhood ia adalah kurang bagus kerana mendatangkan pelbagai masalah..

“These landlords have made a fortune from renting out their semi-detached and bungalow units in this neighbourhood to students.
